CrusaderBase
Multi-agent SaaS · Built for CPG brands

The operating system every CPG brand should have had a decade ago.

CrusaderBase gives consumer-packaged-goods brands a unified platform of AI agents that run the unglamorous-but-essential parts of the business: creator marketing, procurement, order management, chain-account sales, deduction recovery. One platform, one login, one source of truth.

Nine agents

Each runs one part of the operation.

You turn on the agents you need. Each one comes with its own pages, data model, scheduled jobs, and chat interface. They share one tenant, one login, one billing relationship.

Rex

Creator marketing · UGC

Finds creators that fit your brief, ships samples, captures every mention, and tracks attribution and FTC disclosure.

Pershing

Procurement

Watches reorder triggers, drafts and routes POs, chases vendor confirmations, and pushes bills to QuickBooks.

Cato

Order management

Takes POs from email or EDI, generates 3PL pick-pack orders, monitors freight, and invoices on shipment.

Winston

Chain · account sales

Runs the chain-buyer CRM, preps meeting briefs from velocity data, and drafts outreach to new accounts.

Karen

Deduction recovery

Pulls distributor deductions, disputes them against your signed agreements, and books the recovered cash.

Cathy

Customer service

Triages support email, drafts on-brand replies for approval, and flags unfulfilled orders.

Nightingale

Category analytics

Turns SPINS and Circana data into category reviews, share trends, and assortment decisions.

Carnegie

Revenue growth

Tracks trade spend, measures true promo ROI, and recommends your next promo plan.

Napoleon

Field sales

Equips field reps with visit capture, retail audits, and order entry — and gives managers a live view.

More on the way — Franklin (bookkeeping) and Leonardo (QC) are maturing toward release. Every internal tool we run for our own CPG company eventually becomes a tenant-ready agent.

Data & privacy

How CrusaderBase uses third-party platform data.

Rex, our creator-marketing agent, integrates with Meta's Instagram Business platform on behalf of each client. Below is exactly how each Instagram permission is used inside the product. Each client connects their own Instagram Business account. Data from one client is never used to enrich another client's account.

instagram_business_basic
What we read: Read the brand's own Instagram Business profile (handle, name, follower count, profile picture).
Why we use it: Surfaces account context inside the operator dashboard. Used to confirm the connected account matches the tenant's brand.
instagram_business_manage_messages
What we read: Read inbound DMs from creators and send replies on the brand's behalf.
Why we use it: Creators DM brands their shipping addresses to receive product samples. We surface those messages in an approval queue, extract addresses, and route to the warehouse. Outbound messages (delivery confirmations, follow-ups) are sent only after operator approval.
instagram_business_manage_comments
What we read: Read and (with operator approval) reply to comments on the brand's posts and on creator posts that mention the brand.
Why we use it: Creators frequently @-mention brands in comments, not just captions. Capturing comment-thread mentions ensures we don't miss attributable creator activity.
instagram_business_manage_insights
What we read: Read post-level and account-level performance metrics — reach, impressions, engagement rate.
Why we use it: Each captured creator post is paired with real performance data so operators can measure ROI per campaign and per creator. Replaces hand-entered guesses with real numbers.
human_agent
What we read: Send follow-up messages within the 7-day Human Agent window after a creator has messaged the brand.
Why we use it: Sample delivery typically lands 3–5 days after a creator sends their address — outside Meta's 24-hour standard window. Human Agent lets the brand send the necessary delivery-confirmation message inside Meta's allowed extended window. Brand staff are the humans monitoring and authorizing each message.

Platform Data is stored encrypted at rest in our managed Postgres database, scoped by tenant via row-level security, and never used for training models or shared with third parties outside the explicit scope each client has authorized. Full terms in our privacy policy and terms of service. Tenants can request deletion of their data at any time via /data-deletion-status.

Built by a CPG company

CrusaderBase was built first to run Not Beer Inc. — a hemp-THC seltzer brand selling DTC and through national grocery distribution. Every agent solves a real problem we hit before we open it up to other brands.

One tenant, one login

Cross-agent context is the point. Pershing knows about the deductions Crusader is fighting. Cato knows about the velocity Winston is selling. Rex knows about the inventory Cato is shipping. The agents are not silos.

Multi-tenant by design

Cleveland Kitchen is our first external pilot. Everything from row-level security in Postgres to per-tenant rate limits, per-tenant budgets, and per-tenant Meta App permissions is built tenant-aware from day one.

Run a CPG brand?

We're onboarding our first cohort of pilot tenants. If your team is bottlenecked on creator marketing, procurement, order management, chain sales, or deduction recovery — we want to talk.
